You don't have to look for a new job but you pretty much have to ignore her going forward. You could one time address the tension and say look I won't bother you and we'll just keep it work friendly and then walk away. But otherwise, leave her alone. She doesn't want you, and never will. That's the risk you take when it comes to pursuing a girl at work.

If however you continue to pursue her when she doesn't want you, then yeah you increase your chances drastically of getting fired.
