i actually much prefer this method of advertising. There aren't hundreds of thousands of pop-ups or flashing bullshit on websites anymore. Just a lil notification on the right of my screen i can either close out, or engage with. Coupled with the fact that chrome is literally blocking adblocking extensions in it's next release Brave with it's built in adblock is going to start looking pretty good.

The YT announcement was the most bullish thing for Brave/BAT since its inception. Hundreds of thousands of people who said one thing wrong just got banned, meaning they are all looking for a source of income. Pewdiepie could make his own website and run off of BAT/BAT ads without having to deal with any of the bullshit of setting up a payment processing system or just asking for paypal donations.
