IEOs do seem to be the new trend of this cycle and Binance has pretty much monopoly over alt trading. I'm really starting to think that ETH is dead speculation-wise and BNB will lead the new bull market.

BNB is good but binance does not have monopoly on IEOs. This means bnb will not be the sole option for the "new ico" craze.

If you truly want to take advantage of the IEO scamming going on you're going to need to accumulate stacks of exchange tokens all over the place and trade them into btc during run up of the ieo then rebuy after the ieo is done. Decent amount of work but the payoff will be enormous.

Huobi is currently pumping RSR to attract FOMO buyers. All they need to do is pump a few more IEOs and the /biz/ crowd will start flocking in. Right now it's a race between exchanges to see who can attract the most FOMO people.

buying BNB now is like buying ETH at $44.

Seriously.
BNB marketcap $4.6B
ETH marketcap: $28.5B

ETH only got there due to ico demand. That's dried up now with icos (plenty of them scams) holding $500M+ in ETH waiting to dump at every leg up. Meanwhile BNB keeps pumping because Binance keeps inflating it with real profits.

Look at this chart, they made $450,000,000 USD in profits in 2018. Guess where that money is flowing? BNB!! Bear market, bull market, doesn't matter because they make real $$ from traders to prop up BNB.

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/tiny/binance-brought-in-78-million-in-profits-in-q1-up-66-quarter-on-quarter/

BNB to reach > ETH marketcap = 6.1x (e.g. 610% return)

CZ is in this game to be top dog and he ain't going to be happy until BNB overtakes ETH.

I know where I'm putting my money.

>> No.13967661

>>13967531
That's a fair statement, but it needs to also be said that Binance is currently leagues ahead, while the rest fight over breadcrumbs. Which IEO would willingly get listed on Huobi instead of Binance given the choice? Binance will get all the good stuff and then use their leverage to shove it down the throats of twitterniggers.

>>13967696
Yeah follow the money is right. 2.0 coming out next year, eth has the largest amount of devs building on it in all of crypto, real use cases such as dai and makerdao. On the other hand BNB is not bad but it’s ran by a shady company known to screw people over. It’s all hype with not much substance to it. On the other end, not as much hype on eth but a whole lot going for it. If eth can go to 2.0 successfully then it will reach ath and beyond.

>> No.13967931

>>13967851
Ah, I see. You're still in the 'delusion' phase of a crypto investor, thinking that fundamentals matter. Let me put it simply; the only coin that ever mattered is BTC. Everything else are shitcoins designed to get more BTC. BNB, ETH, LINK, HOT, you fucking name it.
>Yeah follow the money is right.
Then why do you choose a shitcoin that has been in the gutter for 12 months, while thinking it's somehow more relevant than BY FAR the best performing coin from 2017?

The bottom line is, do what you will. I don't even own BNB currently.

>> No.13967976

If binance chain managed to get a single decent ethereum project to switch over like they claimed, I could believe it. But with no smart contract function they're only getting garbage.

Literally one uses smart contracts. No one even wants to, but the best joke is that even if they did want to, they literally can't, because ETH would shit itself instantly.
The only thing ETH has going for it is its hashrate, making it the second best option to BTC in terms of security. That can, however, quickly change.

gas usage hit an all time high a few days ago yet I don't see any doom threads about eth shitting itself. ethereum is coming into a new era where defi dapps are leading the charge. I know you people can only shitpost about cryptokitties, but try to keep up. https://defipulse.com/
