I did that a few times, but I saw rsr would be the next matic and when the first thread here got 300 replies I really thought it would just pump, so I went with half my stack (other half in link and never to be sold), if I only bought 20% I would've dca'd out of it, bring my break even to 35 sats like you did, but I didn't leave any fiat.
But the moment I went all in on rsr I felt a huge surge of dopamine, then I remembered an uncle who suffered from gambling and cocaine, another who OD'd on cocaine, another who went to jail, all from my father's side, they have low iq and are impulsive even my father, my maternal family are all successful though, so I probably got the degenerate gene.

IEOs are perfect for whales to get controls over coins, because the whole circulating supply is on the exchange instantly and people tend to sell their bags. this has really been one of the easier decisions for me

I saw signs of this too with the 1 RSR bot, but seeing that I capitulated and other anons have as well since we have nothing to look forward to in the next weeks, then what prevents those whales from manipulating the price lower than now and accumulate more.
I believe they'll repump it and will redump it with a red dildo like they did when it first pumped, rince and repeat until mainnet.

Look up the coin, look at it's purpose. Assess legitimacy. Then look at market cap, ico details, pipeline and then invest.
