how do I start a CBD business? literally the only thing I care about is weed.

ive been doing a lot of CBD stuff lately and buying the flower and smoking it and looking into making edibles making my own vape juice and shit. ive learned how to make some edibles and the oils and tinctures and vape jucie and stuff like that.

CBD businesses regularly deal with law enforcement problems and seizures of their products
Especially hemp flowers because they appear identical to marijuana and test as marijuana on field tests
CBD oils also field test as having THC because they do have minuscule amount of THC
Just some nuisances they have to deal with and seizures are just cost of doing business
If you grow hemp, or manufacture CBD products then you have to be licensed and the hemp used has to come from licensed growers and distributors and it has to be done in a state that allows such activities and has licensing because not all states do
CBD that isn't from licensed hemp is a schedule 1 controlled substance in USA
Only CBD from licensed hemp is legal
So you need full records of everything from the chain of supply
But that still wont stop seizures of your products, court costs, and attorney fees

im starting off with isolate. its 99.9% cbd with 0% thc or anything else in it. its just going to be pure cbd isolate mixed with vape juice and flavors in a juul pod and vape oil and tinctures

and then after that i want to buy hemp from a certified hemp dealer and then just use that to extract the cbd and other compounds into mct oil
