the wallet is updated through the Galaxy store.
the Blockchain Keystore is embedded inside the Biometrics and Security menu.

Future budget galaxy phones will include this as well now.

the s10 series includes it. It's part of the new architecture, so I believe even the s10e should have it.

There does appear to be an initial country restriction to the united states, korea, and generally first world countries. looks like Samsung doesn't want the dirty pajeets either.
