1. Long I buy and hold. Only selling if actual bad news is coming down the pipe or if I'm standing to lose past my pre determined limits.
2. Medical and technology with a few others in commodities such as antimony.
3. My strategy is complex. So I'll lay it out in short and sweet:
Put an upper limit. When you cross a threshold, sell that stock.
Let's say for simplicites sake, I buy a stock valued at 12 cents. I buy about 50,000 at a total cost of about 6K. I then say to myself "I will sell this stock when it hits 20 cents." No matter if it is still rising when I reach that limit, I sell. So on that one trade, I just made a 4 grand profit and while I could have held to see how high it could go, I walked away at a profit.
Never invest based on emotions. Never buy based on hype. If a low carrying stock catches your eye, figure out why it's so damn low. Ignore pink sheets, ignore high volatility. Check the stocks performance on tradingview. See what the volume of trades looks like.
Don't trade based on how biz trades. That is, they go entirely based upon greed and fear. It causes them to take loses every time.
Build wealth. Don't take unneeded chances. You had your lucky break when you sold your bitcoin for 400K all told. Keep growing that money. Talk to professionals, read everything you can. Watch and evaluate how the trade pattern goes. After the morning dip and when it plateus out, buy into the stock. If you can (I don't do much day trading) Sell at the beginning of the next session (To avoid being flagged as pattern day trading) before the dip happens. Rotate out stocks and watch for any news about them on the news wires. Don't wait for CNBC to tell you what's going on, because by then it's too late.

I bought a ton of XSN between 8 cents and 12 cents. My MNs give me about $5/day in passive income $35/week. Save for a little pump to 14c and 16c, its mostly been going sideways between 11 cents and 13 cents.
