So looking at the graphs, it seems the only reason Ethereum pumped so hard in 2017 was because of the hype around the $$ in crypto caused by Bitcoin pumping. Ethereum, released 2 years before the bubble remained pretty consistent price-wise until then.

Did people know Ethereum was going to pump before it did in 2017? What does this mean for Link? People on here seem so sure it's going to pump eventually on its use case alone.
