Can a friend help me out? How do overcome I compulsive masturbation? I jerk it to mmf and instagram a lot. I don't even enjoy these people in real life I find it trashy. Pls help frens. I have no where else togo. After I jerk it I literally sleep for 10 hours, even if its imorning or middle of the day.

You have to start lowering your masterbation dosage over time. Start spacing it out and lower how much you do it. Do it slowly. Remember no pain no gain. Your limbic system (mammalian) is overidding your neocortext (what makes is human). Every time you give in it gets stronger, everytime you fight it and win you get stronger. What you're going through is no different than other drug addictions, same song and dance. Also quit the habits you have revolving around the masterbation like Instagram and porn.

T. Someone who has been there and gotten over it. Used to jerk it up to 14 times a week. Lowered it to once a month, plan on quitting for good.

Here's what I did:
Save one image or video and only jerk it to that from now on, stop fantasizing. Eventually quit that piece of media and do it with nothing but your imagination. Start spacing your dosage and intervals out consistently. It's a slow process but easier than just quitting cold turkey. Worked for me.
