Guys, I had an interview today and took a sick day. One of my coworkers saw me in broad daylight in a suit and acknowledged me.

What do I do? Technically I am sick (exertion headaches)

I'm just going to go into my managers office tomorrow morning and be upfront about it instead of letting rumours start. Unless you guys have a better idea?
