I think any alts which are confirmed to be legit projects are a fairly safe buy currently, or at least soon. It's all about getting positioned for that next stage of the parabolic bubble.

So I'm cautiously picking up a diversified portfolio of alts which have dropped disproportionately and/or are known to have at least some legit development.

Stuff like KMD, ARK, STRAT, AION, SC, so mostly shitcoins which did well in the last bubble and haven't totally collapsed yet. Then I'm balancing that with ETH and XMR, which both seem like relatively safe bets at the moment. It's not exactly safe to be moving out of BTC yet, but that time is fast approaching.
