The way im seeing it there are a couple of options:
1. binance lost more than just BTC in the hack and bat is one of the tokens that got btfo'd meaning they are defaulting on it
2. whales using the general market consensus of dump alts to accumulate more(unlikely)
3. something has happened and insiders are dumping before the news gets out.
4. big boy is just dumping his bags and other traders are panicking and selling because of it
