BSV is NOT the Original Bitcoin
The central BSV talking point is that BSV is the original Bitcoin and that BTC and BCH are airdropped coins. This post will put this fallacy to rest. The following is a list of consensus rules enforced by Bitcoin SV that differ from the original Bitcoin. It should be noted that these are consensus rules which are only a subset of the broader protocol. There are numerous other changes to the protocol that are not listed here, such as a different network magic number, that would prevent BSV nodes from even connecting to and communicating with original Bitcoin nodes.

The signature hashing algorithm is different from the original bitcoin.
The difficulty adjustment algorithm is different from the original bitcoin.
ScriptNums are int32s where they were bignums in the original bitcoin.
Blocks are allowed to be larger than the 32 MB maximum enforced by the original bitcoin.
Has OP_NUM2BIN opcode that was not in the original bitcoin.
Has OP_BIN2NUM opcode that was not in the original bitcoin.
Has OP_SPLIT opcode that was not in the original bitcoin.
Has OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY that was not in the original bitcoin.
Has OP_CHECKSEQUENCYVERIFY that was not in the original bitcoin.
Has version 2 transactions which modify the consensus rules applied to the sequence field.
It enforces SCRIPTVERIFYSTRICTENC consensus rule which the original bitcoin did not.

It enforces P2SH consensus rules which were not in the original bitcoin.
It enforces the Low_S signatures consensus rule where the original bitcoin did not.
It enforces NULL_FAIL consensus rule where the original bitcoin did not.
It enforces a consensus rule limiting the maximum number of signature operations in a block where the original Bitcoin did not.
It enforces a consensus rule requiring the coinbase transaction to contain the block height where the original Bitcoin did not.
It enforces a consensus rule requiring signatures be in the DER format where the original bitcoin did not.
It enforces a different consensus limit on the maximum number of bytes of script data pushes than the original bitcoin.
It enforces a consensus rules requiring executed scripts to be 10,000 bytes or less where the original bitcoin did not.
It enforces a consensus rule preventing the use of hybrid pubkeys (0x06, 0x07) where the original bitcoin did not.
Does not have the OP_VER opcode which was in the original Bitcoin.
Does not have the OP_VERIF opcode which was in the original Bitcoin.
Does not have the OP_VERNOTIF opcode which was in the original Bitcoin.
Does not have the OP_SUBSTR opcode which was in the original Bitcoin.
Does not have the OP_LEFT opcode which was in the original Bitcoin.
Does not have the OP_RIGHT opcode which was in the original Bitcoin.
OP_RETURN is implemented differently than the original bitcoin.
OP_LSHIFT is implemented differently than the original bitcoin.
OP_RSHIFT is implemented differently than the original bitcoin.
BSV is NOT the original Bitcoin.

Now watch the mental gymnastics as BSV shills try to deny this. Anytime someone shills it as real bitcoin you can posting this text and it kills the bsv shills

You have to explain why the differences are bad, goyim. If money was made right the first time we wouldn't have Bitcoin in the first place.

OP is a massive faggot:

https://honest.cash/cpacia/bsv-is-not-the-original-bitcoin-4327

SV is restoring Bitcoin which includes all the original opcodes and removing retarded shit Core has implemented since then, including P2SH. Look at the road map. As for the difficulty algo, the chain would literally die if it didn't change. A change in the way difficulty is MA'd doesn't change any of the schemes in the ecosystem. It does however make Bitcoin more resilient. For example: a steep drop in hashpower would freeze Segwitcoin. The same isn't true on BCH or SV. Again by February 2020 all things as of .1 are set in stone as intended.

Enjoy your small blocks while they're still relevant.
