As long as you go to a country that doesn't share that sort of info your credit score and such would be a clean slate based on stuff done in that country only. I know for a fact Japan doesn't and I've know a few guys living there who just stopped paying their student loans because no way for them to get to you. Just be damn sure you don't ever want to return to your home country.
