I don't know. You have to decide for yourself. I am balls deep in BTC, ETH and XMR myself

It's ok as an investment, but it probably won't have such a high ROI compared to other alts for a while.

in the same boat , all my position is on btc and eth for the past 3 years , its the first time after this period that i find a coin that intresting , probably will go with 50-30-20 ratio for now (btc-eth-xmr)

xmr is not a bad cone.
but dash is better.

> not even private
xmr only has 11 mixins. dash has over a million.

see the live cyber attack world wide, literally million of attack using Trojan.xmrig which is used to infest machine for mining purpose. The hacker will create a big sell pressure in the future, thus the price cant go too high compare to other alt. Also unlimited supplies.

Xmr is amazing...It wont make you money though...It wont make you poor either ...it's like a slightly leveraged btc basically

Except that hallucinating that there will be 'big sell pressure' is exactly that, a hallucination.

Unlike traceable BTC, the receiver of this money does not operate on a time frame to get the cash in their pocket before it can be traced to them .. whereas with XMR this risk is not there and he can hold it indefinitely while just watching the price rocket after the asic manufacturers pump it to heaven so they can sell their future doorstops to mongrels.

Monero is unironically the real bitcoin. When people say "hackers are highjacking computers to mine bitcoin" they mean Monero. When people say "bitcoin is anonymous" they mean Monero. They just don't realise it and they probably never will. I don't expect normies to ever use a base chain, even when Monero is the global reserve currency.

yes you can... not right now because of the hard fork, but until some days ago you could. The proof is that after the fork the hash rate dropped by 70%. ASIC resistance is a cat and mouse game
