Yes and no. Accumulating means you're acquiring as much as you can. You could buy $1000 this week and $1000 next week, for example. I never ever talk about my coin when I'm accumulating. If other people buy then it'll cost more and you'll have less.

Because I don't invest in pump and dump shitfests. I only invest in projects that I think will succeed long term, which means I don't care about the price in the short term, which is why I don't talk about it.
