cannot get a job interview even in sales anymore. wut. right out of college roasties interview me and look down on me when i am fully capable. i dont want to pretend that other people are not qualified but i can barely even get an interview anymore. what gives? i need to get a make over on my resume or something. where can do? other ideas?

still at last job,
nearly 20 years customer service
10 of which is sales management/store location management.
took store location scoring in bottom 90% and took it to top 50% in year. by year 2-3 top 10% regularly

honestly, fair point. i live in small area, real common last name literally world wide (colonizer). not related to any one locally with same last name but a lot of locals with last name are bad characters. do i need to leave the state?

Not sure then famalam, I shouldn't have to tell you senior positions like it sounds like you would be going for are usually internals, so in general even if you are one of the 2 or 3 interviews it's really just for show anyways. Just keep at it I'd guess, it's a numbers game.
