I go for top tier homes, mansions in the seven figures and above
Get dressed up in my nicest clothes to look the part of a serious buyer

Casually drop hints during the showings to make myself look like a big player in the real estate market ("I'd like to close on a house before I leave for Gstaad", "This is just one of several properties in the area that I'm considering to acquire for my portfolio", etc)

It's nice because it's almost always a HBB real estate agent doing the showing
It feels awesome when these HBBs get super impressed, really shows you how much women value success
Feels just as awesome after the showings when they keep calling me
I never answer the phone when they call but it's a huge ego boost listening to the voicemails they leave all but begging me to call them back or that they have other properties that they want to show me

I know it's never going to happen, and I sometimes feel bad for wasting their times
But in those moments I feel like someone who actually matters
