That's the point. Regimes in africa are kept in place through monetary schemes from central banks. Sure they'll still be niggers but at least they won't get robbed. It's niggerproof technology. Simple enough to use, cheap, can be used in places where there barely is other tech and since everyone there has a phone, it's hard to tell who has how much money.
