this. theranos never brought an actual product to market. tesla may be very sneaky with it's financials but it's not outright fabrication like holmes' bullshit.

One day people are going to wake up and all the Tesla cars are going to be gone. Tesla owners are going to try to report them as stolen, but the police will just tell them to pay attention to the news. So they hop onto reddit and the front page is filled with posts about how Elon Musk is being indicted for never having built any cars, but was actually just using the money to power his machine that made everyone think Tesla cars existed. Now that is how you pull of a scam.

Not a scam, it's just that Elon Musk always goes for very risky strategies and Tesla is on the verge on dying every time they pump out a new product. Never believe what Elon says, his timelines are always fucked up.

Also the car market is very competitive, not easy to enter.

The question is: is TSLA overpriced? Maybe, many people think so. Personally I still expect (hope) it will go back up to $300+ so I can sell my bags.

Yeah dude a company that has produced multiple models of cars is the same as a make believe company with literally no product.

his silicon valley "move fast and break everything" business model isnt going to work in the auto industry, period. tesla went from nearly going broke to having the most successful quarter in its history within 2 weeks. and it was mostly because they finally started filling buy orders in the backlog (the more expensive ones)
