Can bitcoin be charged back? Im trying to sell an account to someone who claims they will send the BTC first and that it's not possible to be scammed this way. Is this true?

Only if you contact the bitcoin customer service line and have them do the chargeback for you

Any Blockchain explorer, just type your adress or the tx of the transaction and then they will pop up the amount of confirmations, the most easiest to use and understand is blockchain.info

It's easy to get bitcoin back from sender, just call your local bitcoin miner.
