depend on how you manage your trades. Long term no stress i'd go for btc.

But if you want to maximise gains and become a millionaire you should actively trade alts. Right now it's still super risky, so I'd wait until a macro uptrend is confirmed. Right now the most important thing is to survive the bear market with your capital intact .

Put them in shitcoins. Some of them have already made first touch tests on higher timeframes downtrend starts. If they break through you will really see alt coin season. Could easily multiply your btc a couple x.

BTC. Start getting into alts when the bull market is in full swing. Anything that launched in 2016-2018 are Gen 3 shitcoins. Wait for the Gen 4 shitcoins to come out. Gen 3 shitcoins will have measly pumps during the next bull run.
