if postage stamps can be insanely valuable there are zero reasons BTC cannot be much more. Both started at peanuts. BTC is useful and stamps are fucking not

You can use stamps to get into a contract with the UPU...can't do that with crypto!
The postal system is the second oldest global institution, 1st being the church.
Stamps will have value with our current legal structure, they establish you as a resident, where you 'live'

If bitcoins had serial numbers certain ones used in famous transactions might be collectable, but since each one is the same that isn't a good comparison. Most stamps are worthless and the entire collectable stamp market cap is definitely not higher than bitcoin's.
