I work 55 hours a week, so time is my choke not money.

My average day is:
Breakfast: Bread, granola bar
Lunch: Bread, meat from prep for week (sausage probably)
Dinner: Soup, frozen something, or meat, a bowl of popcorn (plain), maybe cheese and bread, whatever

I love ribs and I can afford them, but finding the 90 minutes for making them is annoying. I guess if I had more time I'd like to bake a whole chicken more often. I love doing one with vegetables in the pan and all that.

Start with 16 hours. Then do 24 hours, then 48, etc. Huge health benefits that I wont go into detail here but basically you're trying to force your body into ketosis and autophagy. ah yes I actually have something similar in the form of kefir which I have 2 or 3 times a week - makes up for anything missing in my diet and is good for immunity, its been 3 years since I've gotten sick now. I also have zinc supplement but that's it.

I try to eat only one meal a day either it's alfredo pasta, steak, geoduck, abalone, fried rice whatever works. Then 2-3 days out of the week I just eat whatever junk food I want with 0 calorie restrictions. Went from 210lbs to 140lbs this way pretty nice

And I eat every 20 hours with a 4 hour feeding window.

This is my diet. meat. Made one of these bad boys today. Smoked it on low heat with some nice mesquite briquettes. Added some hickory and apple wood for extra flavour. Some nice malt beer on the water pan to infuse it with that delicious taste. It came out glorious.

This evening I had shredded beef tacos with slaw, homemade salsa and avocado. Tomorrow I'll eat the same shredded beef over rice and beans.
