It depends on what you consider making it. While I understand why the team doesn't care about price and why they're selling/letting go of majority holding so quickly, people will still need to use rlx. That's the part I'm unsure about. I can predict team moves. Adoption and usage is too random and hard to predict at this point.

If everything happens as planned, rlx will be at least $1 in about 2 years. A mc of 2b isn't a lot in terms of real estate development, especially when talking about a global market. A trillion dollars for development spanning multiple countries is very possible. I'd say 1mil is a good amount to have. Right now that's slightly under $200. But I don't see a rush to get it. Prices will be this low for some time to come.

The real estate market does move slow. But one of rlxs goals is to speed that up some. However, I don't see 2 years as being to soon. Most businesses don't turn a profit for the first 3, and we are creeping up on the end of year 2 for rlx. But like I said, that's if everything goes as planned. Which means relex needs to find institutional money to kick things off, more governments need to throw their weight behind it, a sizeable bull market needs to happen, and users need to start investing in full projects. All of those things will cause it to skyrocket. Especially if people use the platform as intended. Those coins being taken out of circulation for a period of time in tandem with the other things happening will boost it exponentially.

But I agree rlx is on the right path. It's just a waiting game for us right now.
