Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

As long as you can keep it together long enough to pass an interview or two, you'll be hired. Know the company and how they relate to you personally (even if it's a fast food joint, you picked them over another for a reason, right?), talk about wanting to work as a team, all the normal shit. Be honest about the hours you want to work. If you have a gap in your employment history, say you were dealing with private matters (family works wonders for making you look good) even if that's a lie. If you're young and never had a job before, say you think this would be a good environment to start your history.

Be able to string two sentences together, look normal, don't smell. You will be hired by someone, eventually.

>Do I NEED a resume for an entry level job?

Imagine there's an exact copy of you applying for the same job. He has a resume. You do not. Who do you think will get hired?

Answer: probably both of you. They're desperate, and you'll be brought on as a "conditional" hire for your first 3 months or so of employment before you become a real employee, and in that time if they see that you come in late all the time, have a bad attitude, and really don't care about keeping your job, they can let you go without having to worry about a lawsuit.

But make a resume anyway. It may make you stand out in a good way. And don't stress out about it like I did. It's just a formality, I think they only looked at mine to see if there was anything they could talk to me about or if I had any relevant experience that would help them place me. I.E. if you have experience as a fry cook or selling electronics or using a register, then they'll probably put you somewhere doing those things.

Gambatte, anon, and as soon as you're eligible for the 401K plan, which even retailers can have, make sure you max out your company match.

BA is a highly successful defence contractor that just so happens to own a crappy airplane business on the side (their airplane division has ALWAYS been their least profitable part of the company)

New 737's are an extremely small portion of their overall business, hell their entire airplane sales revinue is nowhere near 8% of their total business

This pullback is massively overblown, just like last time (down $35 the day of that air lion crash, up $40 2 days later)

GE is a good pick for a nice profit man. Just hope you bought in when it shit to $6.66 per share my man. When it climbs back out of the shit to $30 per share why that's a nice fat 23% gain right there. Then if they reinstate the Divvy well that's just extra income for you while your waiting ain't it. What about those Spinoff's huh? Still three to go by my count so all the more extra Profit in the waiting.

So there you have it my good friends. My three stock picks for the good life ahead. T, GE, and the S&P 500. They all bring something good to the table. But why listen to me you ask? Well I unlike some, can legit retire from my job in 14 more years at 50 yrs of age w/full benefits coming my way. Also I've no debt other than my house to my name. I live in a 3 bed house w/ a basement and garage. I drive a decent recently made car. As icing on the cake we call money and power I make jack shit on the salary ladder. Under 27k a year do I make, yet I'm in better financial shape than most who make way more than me. So take heed my friends, while I make shit, I live the good life still oh yeah. Did I mention that I'm also married with 2 cats as pets?

I knew anybody who wasn't holding this was making a fat mistake, and I hardly shilled it like the other fags, but you'd have to be a retard to ignore the signs imho. Good earnings, investor confidence, management seems to be pretty good, and the tech is important.

Long term I think this shit is going up, I'm hoping for one more dip so I can snatch it up and then holding

Oh okay. Thought so back in February when those first numbers were released.

Still feeling bearish. I am now 100% cash. Took profit on index shorts when things were looking pumpy earlier this morning. Setting a bunch of feeler orders including a biggie on the VIX if/when SPY approaches 281 again.
