Why? Because once clients UBT runs out they have the option to lock in a buy their UBT back for .14c (ICO price) from unibright. THERE WILL BE DEMAND from clients to purchase the coin below 14c on the market until it is 14c because they will be getting a cheaper rate!

Why should UBT ever go above 14c? IT SHOULDNT! UNLESS THERE IS SO MUCH DEMAND CLIENTS HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BUY HIGH!
