Fairly sure I'm one of the most disliked coworkers merely for refusing to go to baby showers, donating, and greeting coworkers even though most of them do not intiate greetings toward me either even when I used to do it a lot. Only seem liked by a few coworkers that I work/have worked directly with due to my work quality. Plus one girl whose unusually nice to me (she's married).

> Random donation campaigns throughout the year
> One is for the employee "holiday" party. Should be called The Christmas Party. Note: I like Christmas, I just have no interest in having a workplace party with my coworkers who are mostly 2 faced
> It's a potluck which raises the question, where are all the funds going?
> I doubt it's that costly to decorate
> Or the campaign to wear jeans on a per day basis for qualifying donation amounts
> Rest of you still has to be dressed business casual...unless your a woman
> Literally see them walk around in sneakers, leggings, jeans, and ridiculous looking tops that don't look businessy at all even when not approved
> Coworkers selling stuff for their kids
> Coworkers buying a gift for their boss wherein they likely pooled money together...or in my case urged to get something for my boss for bosses day last year

Office worker in a government setting.

Also an older coworker trys to advise me on how to act (to brown nose) whilst saying I didn't get along with coworkers in a different job for simply refusing to attend most potlucks...hmm she doesn't decide that though. Yet if I tried the same I'd get reprimanded for being "disrespectful."

I'm learning programming and hopefully becoming self employed but starting to doubt it will let me escape wage slavery.

My co-workers have all figured out by now that I'm only working my current job because I'm fucking desperate but I don't act like an entitled asshole at work so they respect that, so I guess that means they don't talk shit behind my back I hope.

Ehh my coworkers might know I don't need the job (it pays horribly, they don't actually expect me to live on my own with that salary do they?) but my supervisor used it against me at one point.
