Tips on starting up a facebook page and getting likes?

I'm trying to set up some facebook pages to later make money off of them, sounds all well and nice but it seems incredibly slow to get any likes going.

Do you have any tips and trick to get likes? No bots

Think of a field you know a lot about, have actual *content* that wil be generated daily-weekly by you and/or others. Hashtags. Profile and page name tags, comments on pages in the same field as the page you own. A lot of ways to go from there, clickbait is an obvious, but not always the best solution. Ad revenue from blogs that emerge from pages. The way it used to be: website on a relevant topic, facebook page to compliment it. The way it might be in the future, a facebook page as a starting point, then a website to scale it.
