Buy cheapies you dummies

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

If you're trading U.S. equities then you're trading the most rigged, and I mean literally rigged market, that may have ever existed and actually tried to pass itself off as legitimate. Certainly a top contender. You need to trade indexes, futures, and things of that nature where even though there's a lot of manipulation, it's sort of a "standard" manipulation. It's actually playable. Trading individual U.S. equities is legitimately impossible over the long term by design because too many peasants got rich in the dotcom boom and then too many of the nobility got their fee fees hurt in the global financial crisis. Any meaningful volume gets done off market so you're basically just playing in a sandbox of shit specially designed for you and the rest of the peasantry and the only time any meaningful player is going to enter in is when they're there to slaughter you.

I sold my NVAX at 2.20 (entered at 1.70) and want to get back in. They said the phase 3 trail results will be made public by end of Q1.

They reported earnings in March I think. I am just unsure if earnings could bring it down before the results are made or if they plan on reporting the results after earnings.

How do you feel about payday lenders. Could be some good results upcoming due to the shutdown(s). Also I saw Trump admin planning to relax Obama era restrictions, thereby allowing them to behave more unethically than ever before. I am really fond of the idea of selfish and extremely unethical investments, that do nothing but increase human misery in the world(and my account).

The ethics are debatable. I'm assuming private prisons or organizations with large stakes in them would be inclined to lobby for harsher sentencing and enforcement. I can also imagine scenarios where the profit incentive could lead to worse treatment of the prisoners.

Amazon my high priced and growth friend while I don't have any of your shares yet that may be about to change. Yes your down in the dumps and may be falling more due to your CEO cheating on his wife with some other woman and has maybe lost his mind and for damn sure lost his money and half of you in the process. For how else can you explain it then?

Cause that other woman is for damn sure not as hot as his wife. But oh I know you'll rebound and shoot back to 2k or more.

But oh why bother shelling out over 1k for you my friend when I can just "backdoor" you instead? For you see I know your game and your deals with Air Transport. You've got warrants out on them where you get a cut but I know you won't stop there till you own them outright. So I buy them now while they are cheap and wait for you to strike. And when you do I'll own you my friend at a fraction of the price.
