Is this where all crypto exchanges are headed?

Hm no responses. Looks like it's a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE thread.

It has been insolvent for a while and was just running a ponzi. Not every crypto exchange is like them however. Gemini and Bittrex are reliable and will be around and safe if low volume.

The rest vary but Binance is generally safe because if it goes tits up then Crypto is gone for a while.

Nigger they lost the keys of a 440 million dollar wallet.

How the fuck in earth that could've happened. We deserve the reputation we have.

There have been withdraw problems for months and they have an outstanding balance of 10M+ in fiat withdraws they cant cover. Losing the keys to a cold wallet is one thing but I honestly doubt that and the CEO just fucking legged it but they would be able to cover in fiat withdraws unless they were insolvent for other reasons.

Losing the keys to a cold wallet would not cause a legit exchange to be unable to honor FIAT withdraws.

What the fuck was the owner doing in India while suffering from Crohns?
There's nothing there that he could eat without explosive bloody diarrhea

Seems like the only real person with a face is the CEO that's now dead in India with no evidence to back it up. Also he died and only he has the keys and no way to recover 25k BTC. Oh wells

Don't forget that they don't know the BTC addresses either so you just have their word on how much BTC it was and this particular detail means they have no idea if it is being liquidated for Monero at this very moment.

They do not know what BTC addresses their funds are at. You know how fucking sketchy and bullshit that is?

>Announce your “death” from disease
>Exchange wallet with about $150m of other peoples’ BTC magically disappears.

This whole thing reeks of exit scam.

Really the thing that cinches it is that they are claiming they don't know the addresses of the funds so there is no way for them to know if they are moving or not.

There is no goddamned way they don't know the addresses of the wallets.
