with crypto, why aren't you all migrating to real actual stocks and stock derivatives trading instead of fake shill coins?

are you all just trying to be contrarian and ironic by making money on something so inane and new?

because crypto is still the best way for neets to make money. there are still moon missions happening everyday all over the place.

stocks are oversaturated and you are going up against Wall Street algos that make 10k trades before you can move your mouse to click sell

A little out of date but see pic related. Mostly about future upside potential.

Volatility in crypto is also orders of magnitude higher than conventional equities, which is good if you’re a trader of course. There’s also a lot more dumb money in crypto (even still) compared to stocks, which are usually handled by a fund manager I’m pretty sure. I could go on but that’s the general argument for crypto over stocks.

I migrated from bitmex to forex/futures a month ago after shorting the shit out of btc, easiest gains of my life (already x3 the broker acc btw)

I was good at reading shitcoins but realmarkets are fucking easy, i been long on CL and making trades in ramdon forex pairs as fucking turkish lira and shekels kek

Guys. Listen. SPY did 8% since January, so fuckoff with your 3% a year. You can actually have good sleep hygiene with stocks because it's not fucking 24h every fucking days. When BTC dumps everything dumps. When AAPL dumps, well Snapchat doesn't. If you had 20k$ on Amazon in 2009 and HODL like the stinky linkies, today you would had made 500k$. Boomers stocks, crypto will replace banks, the new standard. hahahahahahahaha

Fucking boomers. Unreal

Pretty much agree with your other points though, I have unsustainably bad sleep hygiene, btc occasionally makes winners into losers if you aren’t glued to the screen(s), and there are certainly a few stocks with parabolic returns like amazon.

However, you don’t get daily returns like pic related in the stock market. Pretty much a once or twice a week type event in terms of % increase, even in a bear market

Were you able to buy at 6sats?
You had like 3 seconds max.
If you like high risk, trade penny stock like ABIL, KOTOV, CCCL, VTVT, big pumps and dumps. Check the charts.

8% = 1 trade in a month.
If you day trade or swing trade, you can make 10% per day just trading blue chips with 100mil$ daily volume and bear market every 10 years.

Pretty sure that 66% is based off of 10 sat for whatever reason.

But to answer.. at 5:00:01 I set a limit order for 10 that filled at mostly 9. Sold 15 a few seconds later and bought again at 12 a couple minutes after that. I’ve been in and and a few other times since, but the puts and takes were trivial. I’m in the habit of trading every new listing though and have gotten very good at it. Skycoin might be the only one I’ve lost on in the past year off the top of my head

Agree about being able to pull 10% easily every day tradingonly high caps. I don’t usually constrain myself that way and will trade pretty much anything, but never at an exposure level I’m uncomfortable with. I was only using around 20% of my capital with btt this morning becuase I had only a rough idea where it would open. I might have poured more in to dca if I had overshot it, but it more or less went as planned

because i only have one life and id rather 1000x on scamcoins then make 2% a month on boomer stocks and retire when im already dead physically. With crypto i can retire while im still in my 20s. I’d rather participate in crypto then the rigged stock market where (((insider trading))) is king and rampant.

Rather than high risk “high” reward trading stock options, id rather be in the biggest high risk high reward market, crypto. Who really cares if everything drops to zero (which it wont)? We’re already past the point of failure by nearly half a decade. Better to all in on crypto then make minimal gains in the stock market

Took a look at some of the tickers you mentioned. Unironically look like average shitcoin charts, similar caps too. Thanks for mentioning that, I might try my hand at it.

Do you dabble in crypto at all? Curious how you’d compare relative quality of traders.

Binance has a shitload of dumb money which is why I like it there. Have no frame of reference for the penny stock game though

If you had 20k in ETH in 2016 you’d be able to buy your yacht. Even in your best case scenario it takes a decade to beat wagedom. I’d rather go broke trying to /make it/ than settle for breadcrumbs in the boomer market.

>> No.12619860

Because crypto has a lower entry barrier than stocks. Stocks are only profitable if you have 500k minimum and even then, you are lucky to double that money in less than a decade whereas in crypto you can quadruple your initial investment in a few years without the need to invest vast sums of money.
