30 years ago I was puking in on my apartment floor because I lost 4,000 on some options trades. I told myself Id never trade again. Now im in my 60s and I only puke when its more than 100k haha and on a much better couch. Trading is like sports, those who love the game will practice because the love it regardless of the money. how old are you, if youre in your 20s and stressing out over your trades... youre on the path :P Just remember that you need to keep a nest egg for when the real world hits you. As you get older and smacked around a bit youll start building a bigger nest each time because warm blankets and a full tummy feels good. I do yoga now days because all of the drinking and drugs taught me how to have anxiety. Find a hobby that requires no mental effort at all, really, it helps.

Speaking of drink and drugs - they're super fun but the hangovers have finally started getting bad. Think now is too early to stop? I've already basically stopped doing risky drugs.
