4chan v0.01 alpha on the bitcoin network is here. Live, working.

https://b.bitdb.network

Bitcoin (SV) is bitcoin and will be the metanet.

Don't like it? Stiff
Do you get it now? Bitcoin (SV) is the future, all other coins are useless shitcoins.

The whole point of the blockchain is to track and never lose data. But hey, because it is so big, almost no one can. And let's also add a lot of data without proper indexing or way to search it later. Because who cares, you won't have the whole chain at hand and will have to trust whoever does.

Also, data in a blockchain. In 2019. Being blockchain basically a database. Wow.

I had this concern also. The solution is that innovations in hard drives will allow more storage. This can be predicted with Moore's law. It is not uncommon now for data centers to have petabytes or exabytes of storage. I think that 500-1000 data centers hosting mining nodes is probably decentralized enough. You can mine without having your own node, you just join a pool. I think we may eventually only have 2 mining pools competing against each other. Blockchains span so many fields of thought, Computer science, electrical engineering, economics, political science, business, and finance to name a few. I think unlimited blocks are the way to go.

the only way it would work is if you put the data in a temporary smart contract that deletes or overwrites itself after the data changes is finished.

instead of miners trying to find answers to math problems, the miners job would be to fill the contracts with the website data when requested.

Bitcoin Core(BTC): Centralized through devs (segwit, block limit)
Bitcoin ABC(BCH): Centralized through devs (checkpoint)
Bitcoin (BSV): "Centralized" through miners which is not centralization as miners compete in free market.

This is why Bitcoin (BSV) is the real bitcoin. It strictly follows the Bitcoin definition(white paper) which features Nakamoto Consensus. Not some Dev consensus like those other faux

It's not about storage you dumb-fucks. It has ALWAYS been about upload/download speeds. Nodes have to be able to reliably upload and download blocks within a ten minute window. the bigger the blocks, the fewer nodes can do this. And this factor is predominantly determined by ISP's and location.

ok then have high speed fiber lines between the mining nodes. The fiber technology exists. There is a TAT-14 transatlantic cable in use right now and it's speed is 3.2 TERABYTES per second. I don't see this as an obstacle. I think between 500 and 1000 nodes is probably distributed enough.
