Will or will not BTC ever surpass gold in market cap? This would require BTC price of about $350,000.

To me gold vs bitcoin is a lot like the horse vs the car. Right now the car (bitcoin) is pretty shitty but it'll become apparent that it'll win over the horse (gold).

If crypto moons to 1 million+ and people stop trading fiat to crypto and everything is priced in crypto it's real value will have become solidified.

How is bitcoin a substitute for gold? That makes no sense. They are nothing alike. The things that bitcoin has a shot at replacing are services like western union and PayPal, maybe credit cards. But that is assuming the devs are competent and can scale bitcoin which right now they are not.

Gold is what gives a society based on scarcity its true value. Since fiat is not scarce it cannot sustain its own system without decreasing world GPD over time.

Crypto can sustain itself since it is based on scarcity such as a limited supply. Therefore it is a true value in our world. It is superior to gold as well, in terms of holding and tx mechanics. Even with a few tx/min it outperforms gold. Let that sync in. Bankers and gov'ts have no way of stopping it because their system falls under obsolete.

You peons are thinking far too small. Bitcoin is a vampire that will soak up nearly all physical assets. You better realize this quick because this year the switch is going to flip. If you don't own at least one Bitcoin before the event, you'll be priced out of ever owning a full Bitcoin no matter what type of money you have. Also, they are sliding this thread.

Housing will be safe, that has more innate value than gold.
This is what "disruption" is all about. Gold took 8000 years to build up it's reputation or "network" of followers who will believe in it and bitcoin wants to replace that in decades.
I don't think it will happen but I am stacking more bitcoin for suicide insurance.

Bitcoin growth is going to be exponential this year. Wait until 500million people are allowed to buy Bitcoin. And those individuals will do so because their brokerages will hold their hand as they buy 10 million satoshi for $5,000... Truly boomers are going to buy bags of Bitcoin. The media will be used. This has all been planned. Stay tuned, it’s going to get very interesting this year.
