Lmao fuck trying to change your eating habits in January, literally the coldest, most depressing month of the year.

I have no energy to cook after work so have been getting take out most nights, not pizza and McDonald's everytime but more sushi and pasta. (Deliveroo is a godsend if you haven't tried it OP)

You need to find alternate snacks. The reason people eat junk food majorly is for not only the addictive properties, but the convenience.

Like all you got to do is not buy it. If you drink soda, cut that shit out immediately. You'll get caffeine cravings but if you stop for 3-4 weeks, you'll notice how fucking gross and crazy sweet soda actually is. You can't quit cold turkey though probably, so learn to ween off and respect yourself.
