Why are people so naturally conniving? I've been stabbed in the back by immediate family, girl friends, and friends. I can't see why people pretend they are good enough to obey the laws around them. Maybe they ONLY do it because they fear consequences...? If divorce, cheating, lying, or psychologically manipulating was an UNLAWFUL crime, would our own people betray us in these ways? Also, is it justifiable to put matters into your own hands and reap financial benefits from scamming them in return of their betrayal? ie taking their ssn and opening credit cards? I need guidance biz

As long as they lie and appear normal they continue to do bad things. They only fear someone reporting them. If you "lose their trust", which is an abusive form of manipulation, they will attack you. If they have a sliver of fear in their mind they will throw you away.
