In all seriousness, ignoribg all the previous failure, does REQ have potential?

I have followed this project closely since ICO. Watched every update, every github commit and every catastrophe since then.

Actually have been in touch with the team myself and can say they are a total mess. Obviously I won't prove this or disclose how I know because I would dox myself.
