I believe it's a stable coin (think tether), but it is geared towards offshore banking. The idea of a stable coin is that it is backed by fiat. I don't trust this project. Offshore banking is already shaky legal territory in many jurisdictions, add crypto and an anonymous team to the mix and this is a recipe for disaster.
