I work at a bank and apparently the Scrum Masters here get like $120-$140k. They are at a higher level than software developers because somehow they work with people?

Many of these are not even qualified scrum masters just transitioning from BA or project managers. Mother fucks!

My office is 100% male. Very few women even choose EE because it's so hard. Very few of those can make it through college. Very few of those can stick with the career. Burnout rate is already very high for men because of the pressure. Poor work quality sticks out much more than for programmers.
