I'm 24, single, making 90k a year, saved 30K so far.

Why are so many people so fucking poor? I just went to high school, got a 3.5 GPA (weighted so it's out of 4.5 with all the advanced placement classes) and graduated university in about 4.5 years time with a shit 2.6 GPA.

I applied to jobs the hard way, no networking, grew up in a 1 bedroom apartment with ex-soviet immigrant christian parents.

I even lost 8K during the crypto meltdown.

Because they’re normies anon. They hate the idea of sitting at a computer for hours a day staring at confusing scary code, they’d rather make it by Chadding around in a suit with their good ol boy club or participate in another get rich quick pyramid scheme (problem is this is a fantasy for 99.999%). Programming isn’t glamorous at all. It’s hard and people don’t want to put in the work. That’s why they delude themselves thinking they’ll go from their current 40k paper pushing officecuck job to Chad businessman making 7 figures, just from social skills alone.

He's not trying to start a pissing contest. He's wondering what makes him so different from others. Most people cannot program. That's a high IQ occupation that women stay away from. Meaning wages are going to stay relatively high. Once women enter a field it becomes a pink collar hell and wages stagnant. This will probably never happen with programming jobs.
