I had a simliar idea a few months back but in the oppposite direction.

Go on the website Seeking Arrangments. Most of the roasties there are so fucking dumb they use the same screenname as tehir instagram/facebook accounts. I doxxed the very first girl I looked at. Work in procurement/purchasing roles, especially in the services side and you can hire your friends for a 'fee'.

i.e. My company needs to hire a cleaning company, I do an RFP, I invite a friend and give him unfair tips (what price to bid to win contract) then collect a fee, he can choose to raise prices a few months down the line.

Only downside is if you get exposed you can face charges, which ends up on your record and disqualifies from working in such roles.
