then I looked at the image and laughed. Thought you were making fun of all of the faggots who always post "0 results found". Then I realized you posted "4 results" and it's not as funny.

This project is weird. Stable money is the way it is because it has wide acceptance in an efficient, stable economy. How can you expect a simulation of this dynamic to be more legitimate than the dynamic itself? This idea is like those serialist fags in mid 20th century academic music who composed scores based on deterministic rules that were theoretically really cool but always sounded like complete dogshit.

I see it as the best of both worlds between a deflationary and inflationary currency.

Deflationary discourages investment and spending because the value of the currency keeps going up

Inflationary encourages reckless debt and discourages saving because the value of the currency keeps going down

I see this as an attempt to create a currency that maintains its purchasing power - not purchasing power against the dollar or other fiat currencies, but purchasing power against real things. In other words, a TRUE stablecoin

What’s the difference between a reporter and an Oracle? The reporter just repeats the Answer?

Exactly. I had a similar, but half baked, idea a while back (pic relates). The currency would be linked to the TRUE value of goods and real inflation rates rather than the figures the government makes up and can manipulate. Think about it: a decentalized oracle network could impartially collate the prices of pretty much everything on sale. What is the price of milk in wal mart? No problem, ask the Oracle

All of this is just a solution to a problem that doesn't exist, pure academics but no practicality. I find it hard to believe anons actually believe big suits will actually use magic internet meme tokens.

Yeah but the dollar is more or less stable because it is traded against the whole economy, real underlying assets and everything else. Unless they can convince a sizable chunk of the economy to trade and arbitrage against real assets with 'Reservecoin,' they can't attain the feature they want to achieve; it will forever be a derivative of derivatives.

At the root of nearly every piece of Link FUD is one base sentiment:

"You loser NEETs and your NEET software will never amount to anything. The system will chug along just fine without you, go die in a hole."

People are threatened by Link because they're threatened by the prospect of NEETs gaining wealth and status over them.
