you could try opening a bar/restaurant for foreigners & expats; my cousin did that (in China) and has been pretty successful

besides that your best bet is trying to come up with some kind of startup company that can ride the wave of millions of African people getting access to phones, smartphones, and the internet for the first time. What do people in East Africa use instead of Craigslist, Meetup, Amazon, eHarmony, etc.? Just find a gap and start a business that addresses it.
