No but for reals there they add new things to the icebox all the time, I remember some time in September and also earlier when “the icebox has X tasks left so that means with Y commits per week Mainnet will be live in Z days“. Doesnt work like that. Also Sergey never said Mainet q1, he said its a matter of months. I‘m also optimistic Mainnet will maybe come Q1 but its not confirmed.
