The fact that it moves in opposite direction than the "normal" market tells you this token is just a manipulation instrument. BTC is a transvestite of bitcoin, I am not here to defend it, but BSV is just a fork of a fork, the fake-fake bitcoin, now centralised like never before and in hands of a madman.

Only Ayre alone as part of a deal agreed to spend $0.5B to slay BTC. There is so much money that is having to be thrown around for all of this to happen that it ain't even funny anymore. It's almost unimaginable how much money these whales are throwing around to make these crazy swings happen. I'm holding onto my select coins ATM and haven't sold my BCH or BSV because you never know what's going to happen. BCH will still be open source peer-to-peer and BSV will be institutionalized and ran by a select few, as Core did. There aren't 1M people that just joined the scene and spend beaucoup bucks on BSV. This will be the biggest pump and dump we ever see in our lives. BSV could get to number 1 spot and would then argue that by all rights BSV should be "bitcoin", and bitcoin "bitcoin core".

>BSV could get to number 1 spot and would then argue that by all rights BSV should be "bitcoin", and bitcoin "bitcoin core"
it's quiet the opposite actually, sv shouldn't bring shame to the name bitcoin with it's miserable shitcoin fork of a shitcoin fork existence. it's pretentious i could walk around and claim noble heritage expecting people to address me as count because my great grandfather was in fact a count. but he was thrown out by the family for marrying a peasant girl. so there is that.

He either signed a deal or was blackmailed into pump BSV for a year. This really has to be publicly known as much as possible, he's literally giving away free money to the people like Robin Hood. This is the biggest opportunity right now.

From wikipedia: In February 2012, Ayre and three other individuals were indicted by the US Attorney for Maryland on charges of illegal gambling and money laundering related to conduct that occurred before the 2006 passage of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). Ayre released a statement via CalvinAyre.com saying he viewed the indictment as "abuse of the US criminal justice system for the commercial gain of large US corporations." Ayre also noted that the US Attorney had seized Bodog.com, a domain that had been dormant since the Bodog brand revoked its licensing agreement with MMGG the previous year.[30][31]

In July 2017, US federal prosecutors dropped the remaining charges against Ayre and Bodog[32] after Ayre pled guilty to a single misdemeanor charge and admitted to an accessory after the fact charge related to the transmission of gambling information in violation of the federal Wire Act.[1] The Bodog.com domain has since been returned to its owners with an accompanying payment of $100,000, after it had been seized by US federal prosecutors as part of the criminal case.[33] Judge Catherine Blake sentenced Ayre to one year of unsupervised probation and a $500,000 fine.[1]

In September 2017, think tank Democracy Institute published Patrick Basham's case study [34] slamming US trade hypocrisy over online gambling dispute with Antigua-Barbuda. The report calls the US government's prosecution of Ayre highly irregular, ill-advised, and unsuccessful.[35] ...

>> No.12055066

>>12055050
The study states that Ayre's conviction ran afoul of the WTO's ruling as to America's General Agreement on Trade in Services obligations. The WTO's Appellate Body Report found America undertook a commitment to provide open and nondiscriminatory market access for recreational services, "including online gambling services." [36]

Critically, it found that The Illegal Gambling Business Act, which made it illegal for anyone to conduct a gambling business, was explicitly in conflict with America’s commitment under subsection 10D. Hence, the Appellate Body Report concluded that America was in violation of its obligations under its GATS Schedule by maintaining and enforcing these laws.[34]

The review claims that law enforcement officials tried to intimidate Ayre years before the indictments against him were filed, and that prosecutors "…covertly reached out to Ayre through respective third parties … including Ayre’s known business associates and industry contacts, to ‘encourage’ Ayre to make a US$350 million payment to the US Treasury." [37]

The government of Antigua and Barbuda welcomed Ayre’s vindication as part of the failure of the US to comply with World Trade Organization ruling on Internet Gaming.[38] The twin islands government said in a statement, "In light of the WTO ruling in Antigua and Barbuda’s favour, prosecutions by the United States of licensed gaming entities and their principals in Antigua and Barbuda, such as Calvin Ayre, are completely contrary to binding international agreements. In this context, Calvin Ayre and all other Antigua and Barbuda licensed gaming operators, who were indicted in the United States on Internet Gaming charges, are victims not culprits." [39]

>they're trying to fight the blockchain.
meh where the fuck did you get that shit?
they still think that they can use the blockchain as a technology for closed source private ledgers and shit.

blokchain has only two legitimate use case so far. 1 cryptocurrency the natural evolution of money, 2 trust-less decentralized distributed voting for direct democracy.
they will try fight the second when it gets to that, but it will be too late before that crypto already will show it's superiority.

they will be surprised.
