Hello. I've been in crypto for 4 years now. Made some good money. I know that some of you think TA is a meme, but those people are brainlets. TA works and is a valuable skill to have since the market doesn't matter, the chart stays the same.

This ofcourse doesn't mean that FA is not important. FA is just as important as TA, but since crypto scene is usually speculation and internet money, TA works spectacularly.

Taking TA requests for your coins, here's LINK since most of you love that shit. LINK had a great run but I got rid of most of my stack at 9k sats. Watching this chart right now for a possible re-entry, but doesn't look that good imo.

Made 38% off of POE today. Posted it here yesterday but nobody seemed to care.

$AGI making a pennant on the hourly chart. Could have another leg up here. Might buy some after bullish breakout. A break of 1300 sats would be real bullish. Only bad thing I see is a hidden bearish divergence on daily chart's RSI. So if I were to buy this incase of a bullish breakout, it would be for a quick buck and not a long term hold.

Aside from news like world events and non farm pay role, I’m solely focused on TA and price action because at the end of the day, price action is fractal in nature.

This is fractal nature is not only reflected in patterns of price action in different timeframes, but also at the scales in which price is exponentially distributed from overbought to oversold and vise versa; What occurs on the overbought side of a market is reflected in movement and momentum toward the oversold side. In other words (and if, for instance, the scenario the beginning of a bearish trend) relatively small movements in shorter timespans of price action within the overbought swingside of the market are inversely mirrored/distributed at exponentially larger scales in the opposite direction over larger timespans until the market becomes oversold and the process repeats again to the upside.

There are key ratios, times of day and spans of time at which price is distributed into a swing low/high back to a retracement level. Price is anchored at these ratios. Knowing the key price is all about knowing the key ratios and where to anchor them.

See, before assuming a directional bias, one must reconcile that the markets are manipulated, through and through...otherwise they’d collapse.

I'd take profit at 1390 since we had a long ass wick touch that range before, but if we break through that aswell I'd set up leveling bid @ 1650. Smth like 10% at 1500 10% at 1520 10% at 1540 etc. until 1650.

However if you look at daily RSI it doesn't look good. You don't want to see a decreasing RSI when you're making new highs. That's hidden bearish divergence. So I'd be doubtful for it to hit 1600 range. Probably just put up a stop loss at 1390 if it gets there.

This is all if the pennant on the hourly chart I posted earlier breaks bullish. It might not.

Here's XRP. It had a great run a couple of months ago where I made 200%. Reason was the bullish breakout of green trendline. Right now what I see is some undecisiveness in the market. Bollinger bands are getting tighter on the daily chart which means a big move is coming either way. You'd really want to see bulls hold 8788 range since it was the peaks of the last few runs. If that breaks down I'd expect a fast bearish rally to 7k ish sats. Wouldn't buy right now, more like wait and see.

Here's BCHSV. Even though I really hate this coin cause I hate craig wright, had a really good run lately. Weird coin for sure, but have this one under my radar aswell.

Basically you want that green line to be broken bullishly, but this is a descending triangle and rather is bearish. Constant lower highs and knocking on the door of support at 85$. If 85$ doesn't hold I'd evaluate for an entry at 72-76$ range since that range has a lot of prior history. I'd only entry if green line is broken.

just because a coin is bottomed out doesn't mean it will have an insane rally soon. just means that it might be a good time to accumulate incase of a bullish rally.

Look at ICX, Look at NEO, both are very similar to the graph u posted but are on their way to the cemetary. As a trader there's a thing called opportunity cost. You dont want to park your capita incase of a rally, you want to buy confirmed bullish breakouts or trends for low risk gains.

eth is 100$ right now, a drop to 80 is a 20% drop and is quite important. Stop being dumb. If eth was still 1k and dropped 20 bucks it would only be a 2% drop, but right now a 20$ drop is a 20%.

Here's XLM, will post LTC next.

$XLM doesn't look that great right now either. Notice the bearish breakdown of greenline and the free fall that commenced afterwards. Daily RSI still hasnt bottomed yet which means bearish rally will go on for a little longer. I'd evaluate for an entry at 3320 sats and if that is broken at 2940 sats.

The reason why I pick these targets is because of prior history at this prices. Notice how many times these prices have been touched meaning these ranges are important.

I bought a fat bag of xlm a couple of months ago at 3320 and sold at 4500. Was a nice 35%. Reason why I bought was the purple line.

Also heard some bad FA about XLM lately, so yeah.

Here's LTC. Before I start I have to say that I love Charlie Lee (creator of ltc) Motherfucker was the only guy with the balls in the scene to publically announce that he sold the top. It was in a way a warning actually to the investors, some caught on, some didnt.

Many of the ICOs that received ethereum for their tokens have actually held onto their ethereum for all this time and are broke as shit since eth is soon double digits. Shouldve sold at 1k+ eth noobs.

Back to LTC, I made a lot of money off of this coin. And dont plan to stop anytime soon. LTC is in this huge falling wedge play which is VERY bullish when its broken. But for now, it doesn't look that great. I'll accumulate whenever it gets close to 18 bucks. Might not hit that exact price, but I'm sure that we'll be in this 18-34$ dollar range until this falling wedge is broken.

So yeah, I'm gonna accumulate everytime its close to 18, market buy a bunch once this falling wedge is broken bullishly and sell between 40-100 bucks. That's my gameplan.

Am I buying this RIGHT NOW? No. Do I have plans to buy in the future? For sure. This falling wedge is very well defined and will be very bullish after broken.

>>12024475

Here's EOS. Looks baaaad. Seems like it wants to test 5000 sats. Weekly chart RSI still hasnt bottomed out which means its still bearish. However 5k sats might be a good entry. Notice how it wicked it at march and started an insane rally. We might have a bounce at 5k, but if that is broken bearishly, it probably goes down to 4k and will have to test 5k as resistance instead of support.

I'm not a big fan of catching knives. You don't have to catch the exact bottom. Just buy the confirmed trend divergence and you'll make good money with low risk. That's what I excel at as a trader, notice trend divergences, find good entries and execute my gameplan well.

I was really looking forward to get an entry around this price range after a bullish confirmation of this almost year long line holding. but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be able to right now. Which is sad because I really like the project and feel like privacy coins will get some love very soon.

So I didn't entry at this range but plan to do soon and I'll explain where at the second post.

Notice how many good rallies started after touching this line, but as you can see the last rally was rather weak compared to the other ones, and this time it seems as if bears have control.

Now where I plan to reevaluate for an entry for $XMR is between 0.0116 and 0.013. Why? Because of that purple line. That purple line is 200 moving average for the weekly chart of XMR. These MA's are very strong support and I really expect it to hold. I eyeballed that after this bearish drop the 200MA will be around the ranges that I mentioned earlier. I picked those prices because of bounces after it hit those points.

But honestly, knowing XMR, it seriously might regain control of that year long trendline and start a rally. but like I said, I'll only entry after I've confirmed my observations, otherwise its just gambling.

No. I really think cryptos are the future. Bitcoin might have hard times ahead and might not be the ultimate crypto in the future, but it surely is the godfather of the scene. The current monetary and economical system is corrupt and done for. Bubbles everywhere, real estate, credit, college tuition, car loans etc. etc. 20$+ trillion dollars of debt only in the US, constant criminal bailouts for fucker banks. Printing money is stealing from the regular people's pockets. Everytime they print money and give to their criminal friends at wall street, they devalue the money in ur pocket and just give it to ur friends.

Thats why BTC is AMAZING. You always know how many bitcoin is getting printed everyday, its decentralized, its 10x better than gold and fiat.

Why was gold the standard? Cause it was a scarce resource. Well there will only be 21 million BTC, EVER. I'm sure that we'll find more gold in the future, but $BTC will always be hard capped at 21m. So that makes it deflationary which is so valuable in an economic system its unbelievable.

Along with the fact that transfering BTC is so easy. You literally can transfer millions of dollars for a cost of less than a dollar. Do you know how much money governments spend when they try to transfer their gold reserves from country to country? Literally millions of dollars. Gold is heavy and not ez to transfer. BTC? Just a line of code and after a few confirmations you're all set.

BTC poses a threat to every centralized being. VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, Governments, Bankers. These beings are literally the SCUM of earth. Fuck all of these motherfuckers. All they do is leech off of the people. They will all burn to the ground.

I could yap about this all day, but basically long term I'm insanely bullish on BTC once people understand the true potential that it holds. Not because of TA, but fundamentals.

I'd get around 4.55. Do you understand how ridiculous that is? That's literally close to 10% of the donation just taken away by paypal.

When I used to try to send money to my family at my home country, Id try to send it with western union and pay close to 80 dollar fee when I send 1000 dollars. That shit is fucking INSANE and makes me furious.

I send thousands of dollars to my parents now via btc and you wanna know how much I pay per transaction? Less than a fucking dollar.

Decentralization is the future. People in power of such organizations, businesses and industries will always abuse their power. But a thing like BTC doesn't have emotions, it based off of math and technology.

BTC is the start of a decentralized revolution. I'm sure that 5-20 years from now we're going to have a lot more decentralized technologies that will give back the power to the people.

Short term, we're in this downtrend channel. Not really bullish until upper green line is broken which is around 4180$. Bulls should really want to hold 3680$ which theyve managed to do so far, but the more you knock on the door, easier it gets for it to be broken.

unironically neat TA, thanks for sharing, but would like to question one thing about deflationary nature of BTC
1) as you know, there are halvenings
2) right now roughly 85-90% of all BTC in existence are already mined and (((distributed))) (if you know what I mean)

now look
1) let's say right now bitcoin is 10k$
2) John Smith buys a house for 25 BTC (250,000$)
3) X years later BTC goes to million, now John Smith's house is worth 0.25 BTC
4) John just wasted 24.75 BTC

project this thing to whole world and look where we are heading

Now here's the long term one. If 3680 is broken as I've mentioned on my previous post, I'd be looking for entries in this greenbox.

From 3k to 3.5k. I really really think this range will hold. I don't think we'll see sub 3k, and even if we do I think it'll only be for minutes.

I have tons of fiat ready to buy at 3k. Prices may vary from exchange to exchange, but this is bitfinex chart since they have relatively high volume even though they use usdt so premiums are higher.

So yeah, short term I'm not that bullish on $BTC, but long term, My target is still 20k+

heres what I think. Have you heard of the 1 btc = 1 btc meme? Well what does it really mean? It means that for bitcoin to have the upperhand to fiat (aka dollar) we need to stop evaluating its value by dollar. Right now global adoption of cryptos is difficult with a volatile price, and especially difficult when everything has a dollar price. Clothes, food, houses, cars, loans, etc.

So the real perspective to have shouldnt be the volatile price of btc paired with dollar, but what would it be like if BTC was the global currency instead of the dollar.

Right now the global economy is in shambles. Stocks are plummeting (bitcoin wasnt the only bubble, some of these stocks like sp500 dow have been in a bubble for YEARS) inflation is crazy, jobs are getting shittier with low pay, debt is at a ridiculous level where it simply cannot be managed anymore.

We really are at the brink of recession, and it will be bad.

But how did it get this bad? Well, unregulated money printing, banks creating ways for them to create money out of thin air (like collateralized debt obligations) where they turn 20million dollars into a billion dollars via some stupid loops in the system. Truly criminal shit, and what happens when shit hits the fan? Regular people, middle class low class lose their homes, pensions, savings.

What happens to the banks? The true reason why all this horrible shit happens?

They get fucking bailouts and move on as if nothing happened.

The current economic system is FLAWED. and its designed to fuck the average person over by keeping him running in the hamster wheel with a carrot on a stick while these fuckers run away with billions of dollars everyday.

Here's a great speech, listen to it when you have time.

Thanks anon. I'll be honest, you have to hate the current situation of the world. Cause I really do. I went to a high school with a lot of wealthy kids and my parents were doing ok but we were no way near as wealthy as them. I'm talking about yachts, only designer clothes, 4-5 holidays in a year, classic cars lambos etc. rich. And that shit really traumatizes a young kid. I mean, I'm there trying to learn some stupid fucking shit so I can have the possibility of making a good living at high school while there are motherfuckers sitting next to me who literally will NEVER have to work for a day in his/her life.

and that shit got me fucked up. and it got me thinking. and that thinking has never stopped. I question everything. I don't give 2 shits about the norm. The average person is dumb as fucking rocks, cause he was designed and organically programmed to be dumb. Not his fault, just the way the system works.

Honestly, George Carlin summarized the whole situation under 5 minutes. I don't think I could do it any better.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-14SllPPLxY

I'm usually at a mental unrest, but when I'm happy, I'm much more happier than most of these morons will ever be. Sometimes I lose hope, but never my vision.

Thank you, here's what I see for BAY.

It is currently in a rising wedge channel, which looks bullish but can turn bad real quick. However this looks like the MCO chart I posted earlier which had a very similar setup. Rising wedge into a long trendline that was actually broken bullishly and had a nice rally. RSI rising and has room to work with which is nice too.

You mentioned that it was a long term hold anon, so you've probably bled quite a bit. My advice would be (and rarely is) just hodl. Chart really doesn't look that bad but don't hesitate on taking profits. 203 seems to be strong support for now.

What you should have done is actually buy more at 203, which seems funny but is actually true.

So yeah, just hodl, see what it does between 270 and 340 sats. This shit just might moon too when you see the prior rallies it had.

30/10, so approx 40 days ago. My entry was 3766 after resistance turned into support.

If you check the dates on my chart (which is in my native language) I saw that at "Nis" 3766 was support, following that it was broken bearish. When we got to "Eyl" (Check dates again) I saw that it was finally support again and bought a fucking bunch.

Started taking profits at 6200, sold majority at 9200. I averaged out a %230.

I've been in crypto for 3 years so I understand what you are talking about; have read aantonop books, other peoples books, watched many videos, forums, been to conferences, etc

Thing is, basic game theory: if it's possible to get advantage by abusing rules there WILL be people who play dirty. This is why gold standard was abandoned and we came up to verge of next crisis, however at same time, there are same jews who came first in crypto ponzi and now only increasing their stake as we speak. There is zero guarantee that it will end up in fair perfect world, you can't overcome human nature. Sure it has big promises and perspectives, but just think of how things could be if it ends up dirty, like meme "reddit time traveler" told us in 2013. Being born in '93 and watching how things evolve is kinda sad if it will really end in 10 years, and things are looking bad now. If bitcoin will make it's designed move there will be very short time to enjoy life before end of the world. Things came too far, it's too late to give up and cancel this thing

Say I have a 1btc stack, and I just want to make $30-50 per day, $100 would be extremely good for me.

I've been trying this but I still don't know how to time good entries (the only guaranteed pattern I have is buying when it breaks long term support and creates a big red candle... I wait for the panic to end, buy in, and it'll always bounce).

I actually market bought a small bag a couple of days ago cause I see a lot of value in these exchange tokens and its great to reduce the fees on my trades. I bought in @ 12200 sats because i saw the price was getting bottomed out and prior support from earlier. (marked with arrow)

Don't really plan on selling cause like I said i use it to reduce my fees and was looking for an opportunity to buy some again. Right now daily RSI looks kinda dirty but its still hugging top bollinger band which is not bad.

Won't post 4h chart but thats the real importance that I see right now it wants to test middle bollinger band. If I was in BNB to make money I'd evaluate after I see how it reacts with the mid bollinger at 4hour chart.

its funny, first u buy, make a little bit of money, than lose 50% of ur capita, than lose a lil more, than not lose, make a lil, make a lil more, eventually break even after a year or so, and after that u start winning

MANA's chart is a bit of a mess. All i can say it two things really strike to me.

The green line uptrend, if I were to evaluate for an entry I'd try to see how it reacts with the green line. If it manages to hold, I might get some.

The second thing is the yellow resistance at 1893. Clearly a range with a lot of history and mana has gone batshit crazy after managing to breakthrough that resistance. The thing is once a resistance is broken you really want to see it as support, which has never been the case for mana.

So I'd either be interested in buying the breakout of 1893, or the retest of green line. If green line doesn't hold, probably pass.

show me any self respectable project, that NEVER gave any guidelines on a possible mainnet release or even a roadmap. The only palpable thing they have released so far, is the white paper in which they clearly state it's their LONG TERM strategy (wishful thinking).
It has started already with factom who haven't checked on the project for a while, companies just using chainlink as a demo on their permissioned blockchains and some projects literally dropping chainlink for centralized solutions...the team never communicates doesn't even want to bother and the only public apparitions they made, they kept on repeating the same speech, the recent presentation which was held in NYC just shows how bad things really are...typos in the majority of the documents and even in goodies; Sergey refused to answer questions and just just waved off a concerned investor literally laughing at him.
if you are starting to have doubts, well they are well founded, it's because there is def something fishy about this project. "check the pivotal" that's all they can say whenever you ask them about the project, it's starting to look more and more like a failed attempt at something huge, but in reality they are just amateurs afraid to show their incompetence.

>What we want, since we're building the oracle software as well as the network, is usage. Permissioned blockchains using Chainlink as their oracle is still a major positive force, even if they're not utilizing the public network. It shows that we've built enterprise-grade software ready for any environment.

I think they are being honest that in the end the public chainlink network won't be as big as we are expecting it (1000$/link), the chainlink technology will be used...Of course! but the tokens you bought are useless, only small fry players will use the public networks, but the 95% of the trillions of dollars we were all seeking as network usage, will just be used on private blockchains.

Moving on, here's GVT.

GVT has actually retraced a healthy amount and this price range could be a good entry. What really concerns me though is the fact that it cant find any support on any of the MAs. Also still hugging bottom bollinger band which is never a good sign (Not on chart).

Might entry after a trend reversal confirmation, GVT always has insane runs.

I'm not holding any yet because anyone with half a brain could see its being artificially suppressed precisely due to what binance and other exchanges who are not allowing transfers on chain to actually go through and as a result the severely restricted volumes local to the exchanges in question are the only volumes they have. Exchanges have been running at sub 5m per day volume for weeks now. You look at the wrong charts, and you ignore what exchanges and obvious manipulation is doing. That you deny this tells me you're either cheering the con from the sidelines, or just plain old ignorant. Anyway doesn't matter. coinbase is a centralized business trying to make it in a scene where the whole point is decentralization. i hate coinbase.

>>12027162

honestly before i buy a coin i usually have my gameplan set. sometimes I hold it for weeks, sometimes days, sometimes hours, sometimes minutes.

gameplan is the most important thing, what are my targets, where do i plan to take profits, at which price range do i feel like its getting too risky for me and should just cut my losses. depends on whether the coin im buying is a longterm hold or a short term.

lately its been mostly short term, get in, sell in usually under 2 weeks. but that is because the market is bearish right now.

usually my profit targets are MAs or prior highs. I take profits on 200MA weekly, daily or 4h chart. Sometimes 99MA, sometimes 50. The ability to understand the momentum and the strength of the rally (bearish or bullish) is important and comes with just experience. I look at indicators like RSI, macd, stoch rsi, VOLUME (very important).

I usually reevaluate and try to see whats wrong with my TA after a 3% loss, and get out mostly if it gets upto 5%. Not all the time, but mostly.

9, 25, 99 and 200. Here's the code I use at tradingview that you can use aswell. Just write it down at pine editor (I think its called in english)

study("fib trendlines" , overlay=true)
plot(sma (close, 9), color=yellow, linewidth=2, title= "9 day ema")
plot(sma (close, 25), color=orange, linewidth=2, title= "25 day ema")
plot(sma (close, 99), color=white, linewidth=2, title= "99 day ema")
plot(sma (close, 50), color=purple, linewidth=2, title= "50 day ema")
plot(sma (close, 200), color=blue, linewidth=2, title= "200 day ema")

50 MA is usually not visible for me, but I check it from time to time. You can close it or enable it through the settings

honestly i find crypto a lot more fun, but yeah i trade FX too.

the way I see it is MA's have a certain power of pull (almost like gravity). Prices orbit around these MAs and sometimes get enough momentum to go to the moon.

MA's are dynamic important price ranges. A MA bullish/bearish break is significant. The slower tha MA (aka 99MA, 200MA for instance) the more significant the break is. I posted gold chart a few posts ago where it had a bullish break of 200 MA on WEEKLY chart. Very significant.

The higher the timefram for a graph, the stronger the MA gets. a 200 ma for a 15 min chart usually doesnt mean shit, but for a daily/weekly chart means a lot.
