I'm just really nervous because its a mid sized O&G company (valued around $18 B).

Before the oil collapse the company regularly got 30-50k applicants for 150 to 500 new hires, respectively.

I'm pretty lucky to be a local (they tend to have 80% of their new hires as locals).
