Soitec Q1 earnings make me ponder right now. They have an exponential growth, meaning the semis industry is moving massively to the FD-SOI technology. Companies competing in FD-SOI are Samsung, GloFo and STMicroelectronics. Maybe TSMC as well.
So it seems this tech is getting a wider and wider adoption, and given its advantages I can see a MT/LT surge of new products taking advantage of this. So I'm pretty bullish for all those companies (Soitec, STMicro, Samsung especially) right now.
