Reason I got fired is because we keep our laptop, headphones and file in our lockers so they are safe. The security guy who has access to the master key things was 30/45 minutes late and so I didn't have access to my work stuff for like an hour. I got fired for this even though they accepted the security guy was late and that I managed to work from a spare laptop from the store room maybe 15 minutes after I was due to start.

They said I was "unreliable", I get how this would be annoying to an employer but am I wrong for feeling hard done by?
